These two initiatives are designed to promote a healthy lifestyle. Sorors are asked to participate in the ESP 1908 Centennial Walk by committing to walk 1,908 miles in 18 months. Sorors who are unable to walk are asked to commit to exercising a minimum of 19.08 minutes per day. Sorors are encouraged to log miles walked and pounds lost and report to the committee on a monthly basis. The culmination of the success of this initiative will take place in two phases:
