The chapter will incorporate a youth mentoring program which will involve collaborating and partnering with other organizations. Through these partnerships we will be able to increase the literacy of Black youth in the Anne Arundel county community through the Earn-Save Prosper Kids Club and the Earnings-Set Potential – On Top of the Game initiative. We will also identify students to compete in the Youth Business Plan Competition.
